From backcountry education and instruction, to skiing and hiking time, a custom tour will provide a personalized and uncompromised atmosphere in which to enjoy this region. We will be glad to help you create a ski trip of a lifetime.

Creating a Custom Tour

Custom ToursPowderCustom Tours

Pick and choose activities that appeal to your group's interests, abilities and activity levels. Your tour can be as long or short as time permits. Here is an example of a 5-day custom tour:

Day 1: Day Trip, Grand Teton National Park
Day 2: Day Trip, Teton Pass
Day 3-5: Hut to Hut Tour

Activity List

Choose among the following activities to build your custom tour:

• Day Trip, Grand Teton National Park or Teton Pass
• 2-Day/1-Night Hut Tour
• 3-Day/2-Night Hut Tour
• 4-Day/3-Night Hut Tour
• Hut to Hut Tour
• Teton High Traverse or Teton Crest Traverse

We strongly suggest that you give yourself a day or two to acclimate to the elevation of the Teton area, try out any new equipment, and have some ski instruction if necessry before you head up to our huts. A Teton Pass Familiarization Tour or a day tour in Grand Teton National Park is a great way to break into the Teton backcountry and wet your powder whistle.

We can take almost anyone into the huts with basic skiing skills and a reasonable level of physical conditioning. If you have an interest in backcountry skiing but have no skiing skills or you doubt that your physical conditioning is adequate, have no fear! A custom tour on more gentle terrain is a great way to get started.
